To confirm bookings we accept Master Card or Visa deposits (25% or 2 days Minimum for short stays)
In the event of a cancellation 6 weeks prior to occupancy, there is a fee of $50.
Within 6 weeks of occupancy, the deposit is non-refundable.
Total amount due is paid on arrival.
All rates are in USD. Add 8% for service charge and 11% Government Tax (VAT).
For occupancy under 3 days add 10% to posted per night rates.
