No VAT on stays of 6 Weeks or more.
To confirm booking we accept Master Card or Visa deposits (25% or 2 days Minimum for short stays)
In the event of a cancellation 6 weeks prior to occupancy, there is a fee of $50.
Within 6 weeks of occupancy, the deposit is non-refundable. Balance is paid on arrival.
As of November 2018 the Government of St Vincent has implemented an environmental tax of
$3 USD per night for all short-term rentals under 6 weeks.
For occupancy under 3 days add 10% to posted per night rates.
